There is a small trail that starts in the backyard and more awesome trails very close by. The back is landscaped beautifully with a rock wall, stone patio, and several benches to enjoy the setting. It is 2 hours from Boulder, 1.5 hours from Breckenridge and 30 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.

The house is 2 bdrm/2bth and has a large fireplace, custom wood and tile floors, leather couches and a grand piano. It also has hi-speed internet, two rooms each with queen size beds, a small TV and fun DVD collection!
