Compensation Question

People are asking how much money I want...the answer is one million dollars. Or, appropriate donations to cover utilities while you're at the house would work, including anything you want to replace for me, like that frozen pizza you ate out of the freezer (which is totally fine). Utilities are about $20 a day when you're running the furnace because it's snowing outside!

You might as well be miles out though because it’s a very private lot up on a hill and backing national forest. There is a small trail that starts in the backyard and more awesome trails very close by. The back is landscaped beautifully with a rock wall, stone patio, and several benches to enjoy the setting. It is 2 hours from Boulder, 1.5 hours from Breckenridge and 30 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.

The house is 2 bdrm/2bth and has a large fireplace, custom wood and tile floors, leather couches and a grand piano. It also has hi-speed internet, two rooms each with queen size beds, a small TV and fun DVD collection! Whether you want to take an affordable summer get away with your family, or want to come be inspired, this bright and beautiful home is just the place!
